ROSE CEREMONY

A single red rose always means "I love you".

SAND CEREMONY

Represents separate lives joining to make one family life together.

THE FLOWER CEREMONY

The bride and groom and members of their family come forward and place a flower into the vase.

HANDS ON CEREMONY

Groom and Bride old hands, palms up, where you may see the gift that they are to you. These are the hands that will hold you tight, these hands will comfort you. They will passionately love you and cherish you through the years, for a lifetime of happiness.

HAND FASTING OR HAND TYING CEREMONY

Woven into this Cord, are all the hopes of your friends and family, and of yourselves, for your new life together.

UNITY CANDLE

The two outside candles are lit representing current families, then a single or multi candles are lit by the Bride and Groom to show unity.

INTERFAITH

Intertwining different faiths into one ceremony that will speak to both families and show the love of the couple.

WINE CEREMONIES

There are different wine ceremonies, the one glass drank from by the Bride and Groom. The breaking of the glass can represent the fragility of life and the breaking of the past entering into the future.

REAFFIRMATION OF VOWS

The reaffirmation of vows ceremony offers the opportunity to celebrate continuing commitment to each other in a special ceremony surrounded by family and friends.

EXTENDED FAMILY INVOLVMENT

The wedding should represent your wants, if you would like to honour children, family, or friends attending the ceremony we will include this in the ceremony.

BABY NAMING

The ceremony is the public recognition of a child. It is an outward ritual intended to welcome a child into the family.
